The company was incorporated on 13.03.1994 under Companies Act 1956. The company is engaged in manufacturing if Bemberg Cloth. The group known is as “Batsons Textiles” having Registered Trademark by the same name.
Batsons Textiles Pvt. Ltd. under it's brand has earned a reputation for over thirty years as a reliable supplier of premium Cupro Bemberg Fabrics.

The Company’s key person & promoter is Mr. Bharat T. Gandhi who is Chairman & Managing Director of the company. Mr. Bharat T. Gandhi has 30 Years of experience in the line of Textile activities. He was ex-member of Central Silk Board, Govt. of India and Ministry of Textile, Bangalore. He is the ex-president of South Gujarat Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Surat, and ex-Chairman of Udhna Udhyognagar Sahakari Sangh Ltd., Udhna, Surat, He is also Director and Managing Committee Member of FIASWI, Mumbai, SASMIRA-Mumbai, Mantra-Surat and FICCI-Delhi.

Mr. Pranav B. Gandhi is the son of Mr. Bharat T. Gandhi. He is the executive director of the company and a key person of the group. He has completed his Masters of Business Administration from La Trobe University, Melbourne, Australia.

Mrs. Lata B. Gandhi, Director & Promoter of the company and wife of Mr. Bharat T. Gandhi – key person of the group since inception.
